Our Story & Our People

Our team has a collective experience of over 40 years in the materials handling industry. We're proud to manage around 800 assets for our valued customers across Western Australia, working in a variety of sectors, including retail, industrial, self-storage, and commercial. We believe our ongoing growth is a testament to the consistently high-quality service we provide. 

Many of you will know us from our long history in WA, dating back to 1985 as O'Learys Waste Solutions. In February 2025, we were proud to be purchased by Southwell Engineering Pty Ltd, which has allowed us to grow and expand. We're excited to be expanding nationally, with plans to begin operations in SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD. 

We're not just about the big picture, though. Our management team is committed to fostering a culture of attention to detail. This comes from our core belief that regular, high-quality preventative maintenance is the key to preventing breakdowns and increasing the uptime and longevity of every asset we look after.

Our planned Preventive Maintenance service agreements are designed to give you peace of mind, minimising breakdowns and ensuring your equipment is working at its best. We also provide a full-service history and an updated cost of maintaining your equipment.

And when your equipment reaches the end of its life, we offer both refurbishment and replacement options – providing flexible solutions to reset the life expectancy of your assets and keep your organisation operating without interruption.
